Growing up in the Central Valley, Lenore and Anna met in the third grade, and, as teenagers, they baked pies to give away to their friends. Years later, they decided to start a pie-making business together with the goal of supporting local farms. They launched with a pie delivery service and a weekly pop-up out at a local café. Their pie offerings change seasonally, and all pies are made by hand, a labor-intensive process. Anna stepped away from the business in 2018, and now Three Babes boasts a team of over 20 babes.
